• Must be 21 years old or older to reserve room.

• We do not accept cash at check-in, only at check-out.

• Must have a valid credit card or debit card to authorize for the entire stay in order to check-in.

• A $25 authorization hold for incidentals will be placed on your credit card or debit card at check-in.

• Guarantee Policy: Your room will be held until 12:00 AM the morning following your scheduled arrival date. If you do not arrive and do not cancel your reservation by the cancellation deadline (24 hours), your credit card will be charged 1 night's stay plus tax.

• Noise-free guestrooms cannot be guaranteed.

• The seasonal pool is open from June to September. Pool access available from 8 AM to 8 PM.

• Comfort Inn Raleigh Midtown is a smoke-free environment and applies to all areas of the hotel. Any smoking on the hotel’s property will result in $250 fine.
